# Lombre from Deoxys Lombre occupies an interesting middle ground in Pokemon collecting. As a Stage 1 evolution, it's often overlooked in favor of its final form, Ludicolo, or the more iconic Lotad. However, collectors pursuing complete set builds need Lombre to fill the evolutionary line, making it a necessary acquisition rather than a sought-after card. The Deoxys version exists in both standard holofoil and reverse holofoil variants, giving collectors minimal options to chase. Neither version commands particular attention in the secondary market. Most collectors view Lombre pragmatically—a filler card that completes the set rather than a centerpiece for any collection.
